How Valid is Religion?

There's no validity to religion. What kind of an arguement can religion pose, when religion is a belief? Religions are like a philosophy--they are a way of life. They are like cultures built upon customs--they are the realization of people's opinions and the manifestation of the thoughts of man. Religion is the invention of men; it is a faith, and people choose to believe them. A religion is only valid if it is a valid way of life, because that's the only purpose of religions and it is only from this that they gain their worth--as a guide for life.

When you get into an arguement about religion, what you're really arguing about is your beliefs, and what you believe to be the best way for people to live their lives. If you have a mind of your own then this is what you'll argue about; but if you're a slave or a sheepish person, then you'll never know what you're talking about. Forget what people tell you. Forget their tricks to scare you. Don't let them fool and enslave you. You have a mind of your own and you should use it to think for yourself, because if you are a free person then you're responsible for yourself. Only slaves live as subjects and don't think for themselves.

When thinking about religion, forget about your loyalties and forget about nationalities, because all people want to live a good life, no matter which land they are in. If you're going to think about religion then you should think with reason and wisdom, lest you live a twisted life. If you base your thoughts upon falsehoods and create misconceptions, then you're the one that will suffer, because people will corrupt their intentions.

But religions are always based upon something beyond. Religions are shaky from their foundations because they're built upon imagination... People have always depended upon religions because our very existence depends upon G-d. And people have always "seen" a Greater Order in life, as there is Something Greater even within us. Yet how odd it is that our Greatness has led us into insignificance, as our intelligence has conceived such foolishness.

Rather than realize there Is A G-d That Is Manifested through the Spirit Within us, people have bowed down to dust and debased themselves with lies. Religion is a falsehood because people believe unreasonable things and base themselves upon fleeting thoughts. When people realize what they are, as opposed to what they have become, then the world will know G-d and mankind will see Merit in His Laws.
