A small nation such as Israel wouldn't manage to survive over the ages. A small and weak nation such as Israel, would not manage to serve as a light unto the nations. A small nation like Israel, wouldn't influence the whole world, raise itself above the nations, make a name for itself, and manifest its legacy with such greatness. And Israel doesn't even exist. Only a remnant has remained over the ages, and only a body has been reborn, for the spirit of Israel has yet to be restored.

A small nation such as Israel would never have amounted to anything on its own, just as a body is dead without its soul. And the spirit of Israel can never be broken. Israel stands alone and yet its spirit cannot be ignored. For the spirit of Israel is stronger than every weakness and greater than everything petty. Most nations contain the spirit of life, like the spirits that animate animals; but Israel contains something more; Israel has a soul.

The body of man contains the Breath of G-d, and thus we are human; godlike people. But people have distanced themselves from G-d and have buried the Breath of G-d long ago. People have lost themselves to the flesh and their souls have been imprisoned within them, for they have ceased to be spirits and identify themselves with their bodies. The desires of the flesh bring evil to the world, and man has disgraced itself, behaving worse than the animals. To Redeem His Creations and Repair what had become of the world, G-d Destroyed all the evil and Renewed the world. But mankind debased itself and people disgraced themselves once more, perverting the role of man and destroying the world Created for mankind. G-d Sought to Educate humanity, Choosing the seed of Abraham, His servant, as the Light bearers in the darkened world, and Handing down the Torah through Moses, as a Guide towards Redemption.

The nations have followed the desires of men and have animated themselves with physical pleasures. While the body is only a tool to please the soul, the nations have used it to imprison the Breath of G-d, and they use the gift of godliness to pervert the flesh and ruin the physical world that is theirs. The nations have disgraced themselves and mocked G-d, by forcing the spirit of man to become like that of the animals, and saying they are flesh and G-d is mere matter. G-d Created man like the other Creations; as flesh. But man is of G-d, for man is of the Breath of G-d--people are G-d within a body. But instead the nations bowed down to G-d's Creations, as if to say G-d is only worth His products and the Creator of the universe and everything in it, is less important than the dust of our small planet. Like the animals that walk around preoccupied with themselves, the nations have behaved like sheep, oblivious to the Greater Things; ignoring the Reason of their souls and not realizing there Is Something More.

But Israel stands for Something More; therefore Israel has a soul. Israel is a nation of G-d, a nation that walks with G-d, and is Animated by the Breath of G-d. The spirit of Israel is of G-d and G-d Rules Israel. Therefore Israel cannot be defeated, for who can defeat G-d? When Israel is with G-d and G-d Is With Israel, Israel becomes a great nation, a Light unto the nations, and the nations bless themselves through Israel, for Israel is a blessing unto the world. When Israel is with G-d and G-d Is With Israel, no nation can defeat Israel, because G-d Defends His people, Israel, for the sake of mankind. G-d Defends Israel for the sake of humanity; that people might redeem themselves, live according to their purpose, and walk in the Ways of G-d.

A small nation such as Israel, has Something Infinite within it. Israel may be weak and limited, but it is infinite in its ability and all powerful in its force, for Israel gains its strength from a Limitless Source. But when Israel distances itself from G-d, it becomes like everyone else; limited by physicalities, bound within a body, and doomed by mortality. Because when Israel is not a nation of G-d, it is worth no more than the dust of its flesh and thus it is swept away by the tides of incidents. When Israel mocks G-d, it mocks itself, and when Israel disobeys the Word of G-d, it rebels against its own cause. G-d doesn't Defend those that bow down to physicalities, because it was never His Intention to see spirits serve their flesh. But when the spirit of Israel is in control, the world confronts Something More. It is the soul of man, the Breathe of G-d; It Is G-d that is the Source.
