How do i post a video?Just click on the "insert flash"
button and put the URL between the flash tags. Thats it!
Example:For instance, in youtube, two options are: URL, and Embed.
If you select Embed, you would get something like this:

<param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param>
<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/tScm-eZInBE" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed>
</object>
The "value" is what you need to put between the flash tags.
In this case it's "
http://www.youtube.com/v/tScm-eZInBE."
So in the end we have:
[flash=200,200]http://www.youtube.com/v/tScm-eZInBE[/flash]
